The presentation by Andreas Gahr, Managing Director of ENEX Power Germany GmbH, who showed us exciting projects in the field of renewable energies, was impressive. The geothermal energy project in Geretsried, which will supply district heating and electricity from geothermal energy in the future, deserves special mention. In this innovative project, hot water from a depth of around 6,000 metres is used to generate energy. The project is one of the deepest geothermal plants in the world and has the potential to supply the region with sustainable, environmentally friendly heat and electricity and make a significant contribution to the energy transition.

Christian Göttlinger, Technical Director of HÖRMANN Warnsysteme GmbH, then presented the company, interesting projects and valuable partnerships. One highlight was the presentation of the siren technology on site. HÖRMANN sirens are an integral part of the public safety infrastructure. They are used to warn the population and are crucial for rapid and efficient alerting in emergencies such as natural disasters or industrial accidents. With its reliable warning system, HÖRMANN actively contributes to increasing public safety and ensures that people are informed in good time in critical situations.

The event was rounded off with the presentation of the "Umwelt+ Klimapakt Bayern" certificate to HÖRMANN Kommunikation & Netze GmbH. This award recognizes companies that voluntarily go above and beyond legal requirements to protect the environment and climate. Participation in the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact demonstrates the HÖRMANN Group's commitment to implementing sustainable practices and providing innovative environmental services.
