I have the freedom to try things out on my own.

"I was really excited at my interview here. It was my first ever. But it was over very quickly. Everyone was really nice and I felt comfortable right from the start. The good feeling has stayed with me. I think it's really cool here: In the summer, for example, there's a barbecue with all the trainees to welcome the new ones and say goodbye to the old ones. There is a socio-educational seminar for all newcomers to get to know each other.

It was a good decision to come here. I am very happy. I'm currently working in Purchasing, but I've also worked in other very different departments - such as Financial Accounting, Sales and Logistics at the plant. There is just so much variety, so much responsibility, so much independence. The motto is "learning by doing". And there's always someone there to listen to me. I never feel helpless and have the freedom to try things out on my own."
