Stainless steel charging station housing for the professional premium segment from Alpitronic.
The anthracite-colored stainless steel charging station housings for the customer Alpitronic are used in the professional premium segment, including at E.ON. From 2023, 5,000 wallboxes (wall-mounted charging stations) and 10,000 pedestal housings are to be manufactured in Eislingen every year.
"We received the order in October 2022, we completed the first four samples at the end of November and we are now delivering 170 pedestals per week," says Managing Director Frank Arnhold.
"We can do almost everything in-house, from laser cutting to robot welding, which means we have the complete value chain," says Managing Director Frank Arnhold proudly. It was also the vertical integration and experience as an industrial company with large series that convinced Alpitronic, which had previously worked with small series manufacturers.
