HÖRMANN Communication: Second board member at Funkwerk
Since February, Dr. Falk Herrmann has been a member of the Executive Board of Funkwerk AG alongside Kerstin Schreiber.
The expansion of the Executive Board takes into account the greatly increased size and management complexity of Funkwerk AG following the integration of HÖRMANN Kommunikation & Netze GmbH and the intended implementation of growth strategies in the new "Security Systems" business area to be established. In addition, stable management of Funkwerk AG by the Executive Board is ensured, which fulfills the fundamental requirements of precautionary risk management.
Dr. Falk Herrmann, who holds a doctorate in engineering and has gained international management experience in his 20-year career at the Bosch Group, particularly in the "Security Systems" segment - most recently as CTO of the Global Business Unit Security at Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity GmbH for four years.
