HÖRMANN Group: Exciting insights at the scholarship holder day
Every year, the Hans HÖRMANN Foundation supports students at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) as part of theDeutschlandstipendium. HÖRMANN introduces itself at the Scholarship Holders' Day.
"Thank you very much for the great insights and the exciting excursion!" This was the pleasing conclusion drawn by one of the eight participants at this year's Scholarship Holders' Day, which took place in Kirchseeon this time.
Every year, the Hans HÖRMANN Foundation supports TUM students as part of the German Scholarship. After being welcomed by Foundation Chairwoman Elizabeth Hörmann, this time the scholarship holders were given an exciting insight into the Intralogistics division by CTO Christian Baur. Steffen Dieterich, Managing Director of HÖRMANN Logistik GmbH, used a customer example to explain what the intralogistics solutions look like in concrete terms. HR Manager Anna Kiefer then presented the entire HÖRMANN Group as an employer. Finally, Head of Marketing Celina Begolli gave an insight into internal communication via the social intranet, in which the scholarship holders can participate. They then went to the customer to see the automation technology consisting of an automated high-bay warehouse, automated small parts warehouse and conveyor technology connection in action.
