The year 2025 is a special year for the HÖRMANN Group, which has now been in existence for 70 years. We are particularly pleased that we can also honor and celebrate the 70th anniversary of the company together with our company founder Hans Hörmann, his wife Elizabeth Hörmann, their daughter Anna Hörmann as well as all other co-partners from the Hörmann family and the many employees of the HÖRMANN Group.

In 1955, at a young age, after studying electrical engineering and working as an employee for only a few years, Hans Hörmann had the courage and confidence to found his own company. The company's history began as an engineering office for lightning protection systems with two employees and a VW bus. This was the foundation stone for something that became much bigger than he could have imagined: a success story as an entrepreneur.
