You know each other from school. How did you come up with the idea of studying here?
Josephine: We did an internship in Year 8, which convinced us.
Would you have done it on your own - without the other one?
Both: Yes, definitely. But it's more fun this way!
Construction mechanic isn't exactly a girl's job, it's rather unusual, isn't it?
Josephine: No, I don't really think so. It suited us both - but yes, maybe it is unusual. There's only one other girl at the vocational school.
Sophia: But it's certainly not for everyone, because some things are really difficult
We had to weld on the trial day, which was a lot of fun...

What, for example?
Josephine: On the trial day we had to weld, which was a lot of fun, but it's also very difficult to find out how to hold the device properly.
And what do you think so far?
Sophia: Very good, everything is cool here. Everyone is nice to us, we both really like it here.
