I find it exciting to grow into it and develop further.
"I've been with the company since January 2020. I did my master's degree in industrial engineering. HÖRMANN Rawema is well-known in Chemnitz, which is why I wanted to work here. And I enjoy coming to work every day. Sometimes I get to work on warehouse optimization, sometimes on relocation planning - it's all very different.
You have to approach each field of activity differently. I find it exciting to grow into the different tasks, as I can continue to develop. At HÖRMANN Rawema, the building blocks for this are there: the project business, working flexibly and being mobile - plus the connection to Chemnitz University of Technology and therefore the interface to innovation."
