14 years is a clear statement - that's how long Daniel Meffert has been branch manager in Hofheim-Wallau. After a one-year induction and starting with six employees in 2007, the branch has now grown to 20 employees.

"In the morning, I don't know whether I'm going to do what I've planned for the day or something else - I like that! Because something unexpected often happens. My job is to make decisions and solve problems. I love the daily variety and the freedom to make my own decisions, as well as my great team! It's exactly what I want and one of the biggest reasons why I look forward to going to the office in the morning. On top of that: I can combine my job with my hobby. I've been a member of the volunteer fire department for 36 years, specifically the Laurenburg fire brigade. As I have many contacts with firefighters, this is a good door opener for customer meetings. It makes it easier for me to convince customers and, fortunately, with a product that I fully support."
