My job here offers me a secure perspective.

"I have no regrets about my decision to move from my old company to HÖRMANN in August 2021. I've known the automation industry for many years, as have my current colleagues, as we already worked together at the previous company. Our biggest challenge at the moment is procurement. It is becoming increasingly difficult to get the parts we need on the market. This means we can plan less and less. It's quite stressful at the moment.

Other than that, I can't complain - my job here offers me a secure perspective. I'm a trained technical draughtswoman, but I've been working in Purchasing for many years. I like special machine construction. There are always new challenges, which we master as a team. When it comes to difficult issues, it's good to know that my colleagues in their areas are always available to provide support."
