"We want to increase the depth of added value. For the past year, we have been increasingly supporting our customers with their bids for tenders and are therefore involved in the entire development process at an early stage. This allows us to utilize our employees to capacity and gives us a better starting position when an order is placed. Since then, we have noticed that other companies are also taking more notice of us. This in turn increases our chances of not becoming overly dependent on one customer and broadening our base.

We are also transferring our approaches and methods from the streetcar sector to other rail vehicles, such as construction machinery vehicles. Regardless of which area we work in, it is important that the individual trades in vehicle development work well together and that everyone identifies with the project. Then we will be successful. Our employees should master their core subject, but also look left and right. And occasionally go the extra mile for others. This spirit is also felt by the customers and the projects run better. This enables us to remain attractive to our employees and customers and gives us the opportunity to gain a foothold with OEMs too."

"Our employees should master their core topic, but also look to the left and right."
