The industrial designer has been with the company for 6 years. She has been involved in designing public transportation ever since her diploma thesis. She likes the variety in her job: "Individual design for every city - the streetcar is a flagship that makes you stand out from the crowd."

"The design of public mobility is increasingly in demand. The topic is literally picking up speed! The most fun are the projects where I can design holistically, meaning both the interior and exterior are redesigned. We used to work a lot with design offices. Now we can offer the complete product design in close coordination with the construction from a single source. Aesthetic renderings convey a realistic, tangible impression at an early stage. The front is the striking face of the train, it lends character and should appear "friendly". Sometimes I draw by hand, but often I go straight into 3D. It is important to me to consider the technical background from the outset and the comfort for the passenger. They should feel comfortable on the train and get what they want. So that they enjoy traveling often - in the spirit of environmentally friendly mobility."

"The projects that I enjoy the most are the ones where I can take a holistic approach."
