"My start at HÖRMANN began with an internship at the holding company in Kirchseeon during my studies. I myself grew up in a family with its own small business and was interested in gaining a deeper insight into company management for this reason, among others. Because I really enjoyed the internship and the working environment at HÖRMANN, I accepted the HÖRMANN job offer after finishing my studies and moved from Düsseldorf to Munich.

Now I am part of the strategy team at HÖRMANN Industries. We drive the strategy process of the HÖRMANN Group and support its design and further development in the individual companies. Especially because I am only 26 years old, I find it special to be able to contribute to so many different future topics. I also find the employees at HÖRMANN very pleasant, regardless of hierarchical level. I personally like the entrepreneurial diversity of the Group and the creative freedom I have in my job - so the initial internship was worth it!"
