HÖRMANN Industries GmbH today published its financial results for the first half of 2024. In the first six months, the HÖRMANN Group's revenue fell by 12.1% to € 327.6 million (previous year: € 372.5 million). The decline was mainly due to the Automotive and Intralogistics divisions, which were impacted by the weak economic development in Germany and the associated uncertainty and reluctance to invest.

HÖRMANN Automotive Wackersdorf GmbH has changed its name to HÖRMANN Systems Assembly GmbH due to a strategic realignment and will be integrated into the HÖRMANN "Communication" division. With this step, the company is strengthening its commitment in the areas of charging infrastructure, robotics, digital signage and other future markets.

Leon Eckert, member of the Bundestag, visited HÖRMANN Industries in Kirchseeon as part of his Bundesradler-Tour 2024. The visit focused on civil protection, an area in which Eckert is particularly involved. He was accompanied by a delegation from the Green parliamentary group on Kirchseeon local council, including Natalie Katholing, Bettina Moder and Manfred Drosta.

The Bavarian Mittelstand was honored yesterday by Minister of State Hubert Aiwanger during a festive ceremony at Schleißheim Palace. The HÖRMANN Group is very proud to be one of the 2024 "BAYERNS BEST 50" award winners and thus one of the top 50 medium-sized companies in Bavaria. This was emphasized by Anna Hörmann, who accepted the award together with CFO Johann Schmid-Davis.

For the new plant in Parsdorf near Munich, KraussMaffei Technologies, the world's leading manufacturer of machines and systems for plastics and rubber processing, decided on a comprehensive restructuring of its entire intralogistics.
